Show 008 – Ted Kubiak
Episode 8 of The Ballgame featured an in-depth interview with three time World Series Champion Ted Kubiak. Ted was a middle-infielder with the Kansas City Athletics in 1967 and won three World Series Championships with the Oakland A’s from 1974-1976. We talked with Ted about his time in Kansas City, his time dealing with Charlie Finley and the great Oakland A’s teams of the mid-70′s. Our own World Series Champion, Greg Pryor and Ted compared fielding percentages and we also talked with him about his stint with the Indians as a minor league manager.
